Sharon has spent 20+ years helping adults reenter the workforce through manufacturing and technical job placements. She specializes in soft skill development and interview coaching. Her sessions are known for motivation, practical strategies, and helping students build self-confidence.
Daniel has trained more than 3,000 entry-level workers in safety, professionalism, and conflict resolution. With a background in HR management and OSHA instruction, he empowers students to protect themselves and work as strong team contributors on any shift.
Tracy has worked with dozens of community programs to train job seekers in time management, communication, and long-term success planning. Her courses combine empathy, energy, and structure to prepare new employees for career pathways in modern manufacturing.
